Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 tbsp dashi or chicken bouillon
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles (saimin or ramen)
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 oz sliced char siu pork (rotisserie or deli)
- 3 tbsp green onions, sliced thin
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Stir in dashi and soy sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 4 minutes; stir to separate.

Add shrimp and char siu pork. Stir gently and cook until shrimp turns pink, about 2 minutes.
