Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa or smoked pork sausage
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced

Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch rounds. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until hot.

Add kielbasa and cook until edges brown, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds, then pour in broth, diced tomatoes, and sauerkraut.

Return kielbasa to the skillet and simmer for 8 minutes until flavors meld and it thickens slightly.
