Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch or 2 pieces pre-made pizza crust or naan bread
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup diced ham or Canadian bacon
  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple, diced small
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce

Instructions

    Line a sheet pan with foil. Place crust on the pan and spread sauce evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

    Scatter ham and pineapple evenly across the sauce.

    Top generously with mozzarella, covering the meat and fruit.

    Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4–5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges brown slightly.
