Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
