Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or chunks
