Ingredients

  • 1 300g ground beef
  • 4 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 Optional: salsa, sour cream

Instructions

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart as it cooks, about 5 to 6 minutes until browned.

    Drain excess fat. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

    Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side or directly over a flame.

    Fill tortillas with beef, top with shredded cheese. Serve with lime wedges and any optional toppings.
