- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a small ramekin or baking mold.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth and glossy.
- 3
In a separate bowl whisk the egg, egg yolk, and sugar together until slightly thickened.
- 4
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs while whisking continuously so the eggs do not scramble.
- 5
Add the flour and salt and gently fold until the batter is smooth.
- 6
Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin.
- 7
Bake for about 10–12 minutes until the outside edges are set but the center remains soft.
- 8
Let the cake rest for about one minute before carefully turning it onto a plate.
- 9
Spread chocolate crumbs on the plate and place the brownie cake on top.
- 10
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream beside the brownie and garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving.
