Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup za'atar spice blend
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, whisk together za'atar, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh lemon juice until well combined.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a thin oval about 0.25 inches thick.
