Ingredients
- 2 rounds pita bread
- ½ cup hummus
- 4 large eggs
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1.5 tbsp za'atar seasoning
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
