Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt, plain
  • ¾ cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes or sliced almonds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Divide Greek yogurt between two bowls or glasses.

    Drizzle 0.5 tsp vanilla extract over each portion of yogurt and stir gently.

    Top each bowl with half the berries, then half the granola.

    Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over each parfait and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
