Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup mixed seeds (such as sunflower, flax, sesame)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup water

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix 1 cup whole wheat flour, 0.5 cup mixed seeds, 1 tsp dried rosemary, and 0.5 tsp salt.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 0.5 cup water. Stir until a dough forms; if too dry, add water 1 tbsp at a time until it comes together.

Place dough on a floured surface and roll out very thin, about 1/8 inch thick. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Score the dough into squares with a knife or pizza cutter. Bake until golden and crisp, 12-15 minutes. Let cool completely before breaking apart.
