Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cookies meringue cookies

Instructions

    Heat milk in a microwave-safe mug for 2 minutes (or use a saucepan on the stove) until steaming but not boiling.

    Whisk chopped white chocolate into hot milk until completely melted and smooth, about 1 minute.

    Pour hot chocolate into two mugs, dividing evenly.

    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, 1-2 minutes.
