  • 4 slices bread (sourdough or country loaf)
  • 3 tbsp hot honey (or honey + chili flakes)
  • ½ whole lemon (zest + juice)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (basil, oregano, or parsley, chopped)
  • 1 pinch flake sea salt

Instructions

    Toast bread until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.

    Whisk ricotta with lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.
