Whipped Dalgona Matcha

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup per serving cold milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • ½ cup per serving ice cubes

Instructions

    Add matcha powder, hot water, and sugar to a small bowl.

    Whisk vigorously with a fork or small whisk for 60–90 seconds until the mixture turns pale green and foamy, with stiff peaks forming.

    Fill two glasses with ice and cold milk.

    Spoon the whipped matcha on top of each glass and serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
