Ingredients

  • 4 cups, cut into 1-inch cubes watermelon
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
