Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)

Instructions

    Chop artichoke hearts into 1/4-inch pieces; transfer to a bowl.

    Add cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the bowl.

    Stir vigorously with a spoon until no cream cheese streaks remain and texture is creamy throughout.
