Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 cups pineapple, fresh, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 4 whole tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 5 cups water
- ½ cup fresh cilantro and scallions, chopped

Bring water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
