Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

    Pour milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into a jar or bowl.
