Ingredients
- 2 whole crab
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 dried red chili
- ½ medium onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 stalks green onion

Clean and chop the 2 whole crabs into pieces, cracking the claws lightly. Pat dry with paper towels.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the 6 minced garlic cloves, 2 dried red chilies (sliced), and 0.5 medium onion (chopped). Cook until the garlic is golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

Return the crab to the skillet. Add the 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 chopped green onions. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the crab is coated and heated through. Serve hot.
