Ingredients

  • 2 whole crab
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 dried red chili
  • ½ medium onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 stalks green onion

Instructions

  1. 1

Clean and chop the 2 whole crabs into pieces, cracking the claws lightly. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the 6 minced garlic cloves, 2 dried red chilies (sliced), and 0.5 medium onion (chopped). Cook until the garlic is golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

Return the crab to the skillet. Add the 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 chopped green onions. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until the crab is coated and heated through. Serve hot.
