Ingredients
- 12 oz paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 whole green chilies, sliced
- 1 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- ½ medium yellow onion, thinly sliced

Toss paneer cubes with turmeric and a pinch of salt, then add to the pan in a single layer.
