Ingredients
- 8 oz paneer, cubed
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ medium yellow onion, minced
- 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wide skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add minced onion and cook, stirring, until soft and just beginning to turn golden, 4 minutes.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder, cooking until fragrant, about 45 seconds.

Pour in cream and add 0.25 cup water. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Gently fold in paneer cubes and simmer for 6 minutes until sauce thickens and paneer absorbs flavors.
