Ingredients
- ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup fresh parsley and dill, chopped
- ¼ medium onion, minced
- 8 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp salt and black pepper

Combine feta, parsley, dill, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently.

Lay one phyllo sheet on a clean surface. Brush lightly with melted butter.

Place 2 tbsp filling on the bottom third of the sheet, leaving 1 inch from edges.

Fold in the left and right edges about 1 inch, then tightly roll the sheet away from you.

Repeat with remaining sheets and filling to make 8 rolls.

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Working in batches, pan-fry rolls seam-side down 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Flip rolls and fry 2 minutes more until the other side is golden. Transfer to a plate.
