Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) canned white beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 whole lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
