Ingredients
- 1 lb Store-bought pizza dough (thawed if frozen)
- ½ lb Ground beef
- ¼ lb Turkish sausage or spicy sausage, diced
- ¾ cup Crumbled feta or white cheese
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp Sumac or lemon zest

Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Drain excess fat. Stir in feta and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide dough in half. Shape each into a 6-inch oval boat, pinching the long edges up slightly to form a rim.

Place pides on a sheet pan. Spoon meat mixture down the center of each, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Crack 1 egg into the center of each pide. Bake at 425°F until edges are golden and egg whites are set, ~10 minutes.
