Ingredients
- 24 pieces dumpling wrappers
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ medium onion
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Finely chop the 1/2 onion and mix with the 1/2 pound ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl.

Place 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture in the center of each of the 24 dumpling wrappers. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook until they float and are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small pan, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat until it sizzles, then stir in the 1 teaspoon paprika and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
