Ingredients

  • 24 pieces dumpling wrappers
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. 1

Finely chop the 1/2 onion and mix with the 1/2 pound ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl.

  2. 2

Place 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture in the center of each of the 24 dumpling wrappers. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.

  3. 3

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook until they float and are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

In a small pan, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat until it sizzles, then stir in the 1 teaspoon paprika and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. 5

Drain the dumplings and divide among plates. Top with the 1 cup yogurt and drizzle with the spiced butter. Serve warm.
