Ingredients
- 14 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 tsp each sumac, cumin, and paprika
- 1 whole lemon, halved
- 4 pieces lavash or flour tortillas

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Add sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until edges start to soften, ~3 minutes.

Push onion to the side. Add chicken to the empty space and season with sumac, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook chicken without stirring for 2 minutes until the bottom edges start to brown.

Stir chicken and onion together; cook until chicken is no longer pink inside, ~4 minutes total.

Add diced tomato and cook 1 minute more. Squeeze half a lemon over the skillet and stir.

Warm lavash in a dry skillet 15 seconds per side, or wrap in a damp towel 30 seconds.

Divide chicken mixture among lavash, roll tightly, and squeeze remaining lemon over each. Serve immediately.
