Ingredients

  • 6 slices sliced white bread
  • ½ lb roasted turkey breast, sliced
  • 6 strips bacon strips, cooked
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.

    If bacon is not already cooked, cook it in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

    Spread 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.

    On the first slice, layer 2-3 lettuce leaves, then half the turkey slices, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Place the second slice of bread on top and layer with 3 bacon strips, tomato slices, and remaining lettuce.

    Top with the third slice of bread and secure all three layers with toothpicks inserted diagonally.

    Cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters and serve immediately.
