Ingredients

  • 1 whole croissant, large
  • 3 oz sliced turkey breast, deli-quality
  • ½ whole avocado, ripe
  • 2 whole bacon slices, cooked
  • 1 small handful fresh greens (arugula or lettuce)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

    Split the croissant lengthwise and lightly toast the cut sides if desired.

    Spread mayonnaise on both cut sides of the croissant.

    Layer turkey, bacon, and fresh greens on the bottom half.

    Slice the avocado and fan it on top of the greens.

    Close the croissant and slice diagonally. Serve immediately.
