Ingredients
- 1 whole croissant, large
- 3 oz sliced turkey breast, deli-quality
- ½ whole avocado, ripe
- 2 whole bacon slices, cooked
- 1 small handful fresh greens (arugula or lettuce)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions

Split the croissant lengthwise and lightly toast the cut sides if desired.
