Ingredients

  • 4 slices sliced bread (sourdough or whole wheat)
  • 6 oz deli turkey, sliced
  • 1 whole avocado, ripe
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 whole orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 whole kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Instructions

    Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
