Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced
  • ½ whole lemon (juiced)
  • 4 slices bread, sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce leaves or arugula

Instructions
