- 1 can (5 oz) canned tuna
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ medium cucumber
- 4 slice cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven's broiler. Place the 4 bread slices on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden on one side.

In a bowl, mix the drained canned tuna, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Slice the tomato and cucumber into thin rounds. You'll need about 4 tomato slices and 8 cucumber slices.
- 4
Flip the toasted bread so the untoasted side is up. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each slice, then top with tomato and cucumber slices.
