  • 2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (full-fat canned)
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

    Pour the coconut milk and pineapple juice into your blender. Add the fresh lime juice for brightness, which cuts through the richness and balances the sweetness of the mango.

    Add the frozen mango chunks and ice cubes to the blender. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or agave syrup now.

    Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks. The mixture should be thick but pourable, with a pale golden color.
