No-bake individual tiramisu in cups with soft ladyfingers soaked in espresso and layered with creamy mascarpone. Rich, elegant, ready in 15 minutes plus chilling.

Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup strong espresso, cooled
- 16 count ladyfinger cookies
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Whip mascarpone, cream, and sugar together until stiff peaks form, ~2 minutes.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for 1 second per side.

Layer 2 dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of each serving cup or glass.

Spoon half the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers in all cups.

Layer 2 more dipped ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone in each cup.

Top with remaining mascarpone, dividing equally among the 4 cups.

Dust cocoa powder generously over the top of each tiramisu cup.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for flavors to meld.
