Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 whole garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced into matchsticks
- ½ cup fresh basil or Thai basil, roughly chopped

Cut chicken thighs into 1.5-inch chunks. Pat dry with paper towels.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add chicken and sear 2 minutes per side without stirring until golden edges form.
