Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced pork
  • 1 cup crispy pork rind (chicharrones)
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Add 1 lb minced pork and stir-fry, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 cup crispy pork rind. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rind is heated and slightly softened.

    Turn off the heat and fold in 1 cup basil leaves until just wilted. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
