Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

    Add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, and garlic to a bowl.

    Pour in coconut milk and whisk until smooth and creamy, ~1 minute.

    Taste and adjust heat with more sriracha or tang with more lime juice.
