Ingredients
- 2 cups strong black tea (brewed)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Brew 2 cups of strong black tea using tea bags or loose leaf tea. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain.

Allow tea to cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.

Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.

Pour 1 cup of cooled tea into each glass.

Add 0.25 cup of sweetened condensed milk to each glass.
