Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 12 shells corn or flour taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomato
- ½ cup sour cream

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Warm taco shells in a dry skillet over low heat, ~1 minute per side, or use pre-warmed shells.
