Ingredients

  • ¾ cup tahini
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chocolate chunks
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Stir tahini, sugar, and egg in a bowl until combined and smooth.

    Fold in flour, baking powder, and chocolate chunks until just mixed.

    Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the sheet pan, spacing them 2 inches apart.
