Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed fruit (apple, pear, orange, pineapple, or watermelon—diced)
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

    Dice the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

    Toast cumin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 45 seconds until fragrant.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fruit and sprinkle chaat masala on top.

    Add toasted cumin seeds, red onion if using, and cilantro to the bowl.
