- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- ½ lb cooked shrimp
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 1 lemon

In a bowl, mix 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Trim crusts from 12 slices of bread. Arrange 4 slices in a single layer on a serving plate, trimming to fit.

Spread a third of the cream cheese mixture over the bread. Top with half of the 6 oz smoked salmon, tearing into pieces.

Repeat layers: 4 more bread slices, another third of the mixture, remaining salmon, then the last 4 bread slices.
