Ingredients
- ½ lb sushi-grade fish (e.g., tuna or salmon)
- ½ medium cucumber
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 pieces baked crust (e.g., wonton wrappers or puff pastry)

Dice the 0.5 lb sushi-grade fish into small cubes and place in a bowl. Finely dice the 0.5 cucumber and add to the fish.

In a small bowl, mix the 1 tsp wasabi paste with the 1 tbsp soy sauce until smooth. Pour over the fish and cucumber, then toss gently to coat.
