Ingredients

  • 4 thighs (~1.5 lb) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • 1 lemon lemon, zested and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to taste salt and black pepper
