Ingredients
- 3 whole Roma tomatoes
- 2 whole jalapeños
- ¼ cup, packed fresh cilantro
- 1 whole (juiced) lime
- 1.5 lb, thinly sliced beef suadero (or brisket point)
- 8 whole corn tortillas

Heat a dry skillet over medium-high until very hot, ~2 minutes.

Char the tomatoes and jalapeños directly in the skillet, turning occasionally, until blackened and blistered, ~5 minutes.

Transfer charred tomatoes and jalapeños to a bowl. Add cilantro and lime juice, then mash coarsely with a fork until chunky.
