Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 4 slices brioche or challah bread, 1-inch thick
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
