Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- ½ cup granola (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup blueberries or raspberries (optional)
Instructions
- 1
Add 2 cups frozen strawberries, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 0.5 cup milk, and 1 tablespoon honey to a blender, working in batches if needed so the blender is no more than three-quarters full.
- 2
Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds, stopping and stirring with a spoon halfway through, until the mixture is thick and completely smooth with no lumps or streaks of yogurt remaining.
- 3
Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between two bowls, filling each bowl about two-thirds full so there is room for toppings.
- 4
Scatter 0.25 cup granola over the surface of each bowl in an even layer.
- 5
Arrange 0.25 cup sliced fresh strawberries on top of the granola, spreading them across the surface.
- 6
Sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons shredded coconut over each bowl, then add a small handful of blueberries or raspberries if using.
- 7
Serve immediately with a spoon so toppings stay crispy and don't sink into the smoothie.
