Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup unsalted roasted pistachios
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 1 cup almond milk (or oat milk)
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp dried rose petals (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Hull and halve the fresh strawberries, then add them to a blender along with the almond milk, coconut yogurt, and ice cubes. Pulse 2–3 times until partially combined.

    Add the roasted pistachios, rosewater, and honey to the blender. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.

    Divide the smoothie between two glasses and taste; adjust rosewater or sweetness as desired for a balanced floral-nutty flavor. Pour immediately while cold.

    Garnish each glass with a light sprinkle of dried rose petals and a few crushed pistachios if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
