Strawberry Overnight Oats

No-cook oats that soften in the fridge overnight, topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey. Mix and grab in the morning.

Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Stir oats, yogurt, milk, half the strawberries, honey, and vanilla in a jar or container.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    Stir in a splash more milk if oats seem too thick. Top with remaining strawberries.

    Serve cold or microwave 60 seconds if you prefer it warm.
