Ingredients

  • 8 full crackers graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. 1

Crush graham crackers into coarse crumbs in a bowl, then stir in melted butter until the mixture looks like wet sand.

  2. 2

Whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute by hand or 30 seconds with a mixer.

  3. 3

Chop strawberries into bite-size pieces and toss with granulated sugar; let sit for 1 minute to release juice.

  4. 4

Layer into four jars: crumbs on the bottom, then cream cheese filling, then strawberries with their juice.

  5. 5

Repeat layers if the jars are deep, ending with strawberries on top.

  6. 6

Chill for at least 2 minutes, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
