Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries, halved

Instructions

    In a mason jar or container, combine oats, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

    Stir until evenly mixed. Add strawberries and fold gently to combine.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours, until oats soften and absorb the liquid.

    Stir before eating. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.

    Eat cold or warm gently in the microwave, 60–90 seconds. Serve immediately.
